Emily specializes in personalized deep tissue and recovery, dedicated to helping clients feel their absolute best. Whether someone is seeking relaxation and a refresh from the daily grind, recovering from an injury or recent surgery, preparing to welcome a new baby, or looking to regain range of motion and address chronic pain and stiffness, Emily offers tailored support. She is also equipped to help those who are feeling anxious, overstimulated, heavy, blocked, or in a funk emotionally or energetically, and are curious about alternative options.

Emily utilizes a comprehensive approach, drawing on both Western techniques and Eastern modalities. Her extensive skill set includes Sports Therapy, Myofascial Therapy (MFT), Neuromuscular, Myoskeletal, ART, Lymphatic, Craniosacral, Shiatsu, and Swedish. Emily is certified to offer Prenatal Massage to expectant mothers and is a certified Reiki and Access Bars Consciousness practitioner. She integrates various tools into her work to unlock fascia and release stubborn adhesions or scar tissue, such as Percussive Therapy, IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Myofascial Decompression (Cupping), KT Taping, Sound Bowls and Tuning Forks, Magnesium oil, CBD oil, and Hot Stones.

Beyond bodywork, Emily is a certified Health Educator and an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Life Transformation Coach. She is passionate about molecular hydrogen hydration education and is a keen enthusiast of the Science of Differentiation, also known as the Human Design system. An avid learner and curious student of life, she is committed to continuous education to expand her awareness and understanding of the world. Emily’s genuine desire is to help support clients in reaching their overall wellness goals, experiencing less pain, and finding greater freedom and alignment as a whole (mind, body, and soul) throughout their journey of life. Highly recommend Emily for any type of massage you need!!! I have been to many masseuses and no one leaves me feeling truly restored like Emily does! I've seen her for prenatal massages, postpartum massages, craniosacral massage, and now monthly I go to her with whatever I feel needs attention. She has been life changing in all of these seasons and massage types! Her knowledge of the body is extensive and she truly listens to the body and knows what it needs! I'll walk in there with shoulder pain and leave with such a relief because she found the trigger point in a completely different part of my body (I wouldn't have even known!). She is also a wonderful person to chat with, but will totally respect your silence if you choose to relax during! The office staff is very sweet and responsive over text - so convenient to not have to call! The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Whether you just want a feel good massage, or you truly have body trauma that needs work - trust me and go see Emily!! I've sent my whole family to her & they all rave about her as well - especially my very picky gym go-er brother who is never pleased with his massages! It's truly worth every penny to have a genuinely corrective and restorative massage like this.
