Learn more about what to expect below.

You’ll be given approximately 75 minutes for evaluation and your first treatment.

Your therapist will perform an examination to identify current and potential problems. Based on the results of the examination, and considering your specific goals, your therapist will design a plan of care to include specific interventions and will propose a timetable to achieve these goals and optimize your movement and function. Your therapist will likely provide you with instructions to perform exercises at home to begin your recovery.

You should feel comfortable asking your therapist any questions regarding your course of care, including specifics regarding interventions and expectations.

During treatment (on the same visit), your therapist will be treating certain

joints and muscles that require attention. Your therapist will free them up

(mobilize) or stabilize with corrective exercises. Expect between 15-20

minutes of treatment after the evaluation.

If you have any X-ray or MRI reports, images, or CDs, please bring them.

Please wear athletic clothing (t-shirt, shorts, and tennis shoes).

Please note the office policy and if you would like to change any

appointments scheduled, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your

appointment.
